Attaching a proposal, quote or agreement to a document - Pacten Guides
A card is a block inside a document with a button the reader clicks. Use it to put the proposal, quote or agreement right where you talk about it.
1
Open the menu
In the document, open More actions (···) → Attach a card.
2
Say what it is
Under What it is, choose Proposal, Estimate, Quote or Agreement. Agreement is the one that goes straight to signature.
3
Say what it opens
Under What it opens, choose another Doc Hub document, a Pacten record (paste the id of a quote, proposal or contract), or a link elsewhere.
4
Label it
Optionally set a heading, the button label and the total label, then click Add the card.
