Plans (per user per month, excluding taxes)

• Starter — US$49 monthly, US$41 monthly-equivalent billed annually. In Canadian dollars CA$66 (CA$55 annual); in pounds £46 (£38 annual). Includes a 7-day trial; a card is required to begin.
• Operator — US$85 monthly, US$71 monthly-equivalent billed annually. CA$114 (CA$95 annual); £68 (£57 annual).
• Platform — US$119 monthly, US$99 monthly-equivalent billed annually. CA$160 (CA$133 annual); £95 (£79 annual).

What each plan adds

• Starter: pipeline and contacts, booking with deposits and reminders, the answering-and-booking assistant, proposals and e-signature, invoices and payment links, the client hub, and projects, workload and budgets.
• Operator adds: client journeys and automation, trackers, a shared inbox, payment plans, full books with reconciliation, online card payments and Live Room.
• Platform adds: People, multi-location, your own domain and workflow automations included, and the full app set.

Add-ons

Optional add-ons include a custom domain, SMS, WhatsApp, Meeting Hub, People, Supply, workflow automations and voice, priced on the pricing page. Pacten Studio, the marketing app, is priced separately at pactenstudio.com.

Trial and billing

The Starter plan includes a 7-day trial and a card is required to begin. Operator and Platform start on a paid plan. Prices exclude sales tax, GST or VAT where they apply. Pacten's team can help with setup and data migration as a scoped, priced service.
