Embedding booking on your own website — Pacten Guides

If you already have a website, your clients do not have to leave it to book you. The Embeds tab on Web & Platform → Hub Front gives you a piece of your booking flow to drop straight into a page you already own.

Everything there is real: "Each style below is a live preview, branded to your hub." It already carries your logo, colour and fonts from the Brand tab, so what you preview is what your visitors get.

The three styles

Tip
Match the embed to the page it lives on. A services grid on a page about one specific service asks the reader to choose again, having already chosen — and that hesitation is where bookings are lost.

Getting the snippet

Click a style to customise it, then copy the snippet and paste it into your site where you want booking to appear. There is no separate account or plugin — the embed uses the same services and availability as your hub, so there is nothing to keep in sync.

Note
Because an embed is branded from your Brand tab, changing your logo or brand colour updates every embed you have already placed. You do not need to re-copy the snippet.

After you place it

Load the page yourself and book a test slot end to end. Check it on a phone as well as a desktop — an embed sits inside your own site's layout, and a narrow column can change how it behaves in ways a preview cannot predict.

Watch out
A test booking is a real booking. Cancel it afterwards, or you will leave a phantom appointment in your calendar and, depending on your setup, a confirmation email in somebody else’s inbox.
