Making an image, caption or clip on Create - Pacten Guides
Marketing → Create is where you say what you want and get work back. Nothing writes itself unless you ask. Your credit balance shows at the top right.

Pick what to make
Choose Image, Caption or Video.

Describe it
Type a prompt. Polish with Brand Brain rewrites a short prompt using your brand, and has an Undo. You can dictate instead of typing.

Choose the shape
For an image, pick what it is for: Single, Carousel (3 to 10 images) or Story, then the shape, such as 1:1 feed square, 4:5 feed portrait, 9:16 story or reel, or 16:9 landscape.

Generate
Press the generate button. Images usually take 10 to 25 seconds and a short clip 60 to 120.

Use it
Press Use in a post. The composer opens with the picture attached.
Video animates a still
A clip is made from a picture, so you pick a source image first. You can also pick an end image and a clip length.
Credits
Each run uses credits and the balance is always on screen. The Top up button on this page is disabled and reads coming soon, so ask your Pacten contact if you run out.
Create works best when Brand is filled in. The page warns you before you generate if your brand kit has no reference photography. See Setting up your Brand.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I make an image for a post?
- Open Marketing then Create, choose Image, describe it, pick the shape and generate. Then press Use in a post.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Each run uses credits and your balance shows top right. The Top up button on the page is not live yet, so ask your Pacten contact.
- Can Create make a video from nothing?
- No. A clip animates a picture, so you pick a source image first.
- What is Polish with Brand Brain?
- It rewrites a short prompt using what Brand holds about you. It never overwrites silently and there is an Undo.
