My Follow-ups - Pacten Guides
My Follow-ups is one list of every open follow-up date across the trackers, soonest due first. Someone working applications, deals and debts in the same hour should not have to check three places to know their day.
What it shows
Four sources, one list
- Job Applications: entries with a Follow-up date.
- Sales Activity: entries with a Next action date.
- Collections: debts with a promise to pay.
- Callbacks: your scheduled callbacks, with the time.
Items are grouped Overdue, Today, This week and Later, with counts at the top. When more than one source has something due, chips let you show just one.
Getting things on it
Set a date and it appears
1
On an application
Fill the Follow-up date on the entry, in the grid or in the Log job application panel.
2
On a deal
Fill Next action on the entry.
3
On a debt
Open it in Collections and click Add promise to pay.
4
After a call
Schedule a callback for the time you agreed.
Working the list
Done, or later
- Done closes the follow-up. The entry stays in its tracker with everything on it.
- +1d and +1w push it a day or a week. A callback keeps its time of day.
- Click an item to go to it: its tracker, Collections, or the contact record for a callback.
Date it when it happens
The best time to set a follow-up is the moment you change the stage. A date set during the call matches what was agreed; a date typed in later is a guess.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I get something onto My Follow-ups?
- Give it a date: Follow-up on a job application, Next action on a sales entry, a promise to pay on a debt, or a scheduled callback.
- What does Done do?
- It closes that follow-up. The entry itself stays in its tracker, unchanged.
- Can I push something to later?
- Yes. +1d moves it a day and +1w moves it a week.
