Posts: Board, Calendar, Relay and Published - Pacten Guides

Marketing → Posts is the one list of everything you plan and publish. A post is a single thing from the first idea to the day it went out. Switch the view with the control at the top: Board, Calendar, Relay or Published. The subtitle counts your posts and says how many are overdue and how many are with clients.

THE FOUR VIEWS
Same posts, different question
Each view answers one thing.
A card will not always drop
A post cannot go to Content in or Client review without a client. Put it in a client bucket first. A post cannot go to Published without a date. Set when it goes out first. The page tells you which one is missing.
FIND AND ACT
Search, filter, then act on several at once
The toolbar is the same on every view.
Posted elsewhere
On Published, a Posted elsewhere section lists posts your accounts made outside Pacten. Press Send to a network to copy one to a network it is missing from, or Not this one to dismiss it.

To start a post, press New post at the top right. See Starting a new post.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the content calendar now?
Open Marketing then Posts and choose Calendar. Content Calendar, Content buckets and The Relay are all views of Posts.
Can I drag a post to move it to the next stage?
Yes, on the Board. Drag the card to the next column. Dragging it back reopens the earlier stage.
Why will my post not drop into Client review?
A post needs a client for that stage. Put it in a client bucket first, then try again.
How do I take a post off the calendar without deleting it?
Drag it to the Unscheduled tray to clear its date, or pick it and press Archive. A published post is archived, never deleted.
How do I compare two posts?
Go to Published, pick two to six posts that went out and press Compare.
Can I export my posts?
Yes. Pick the posts and press Export on the bar that appears. You get a CSV.
