Service pages on your hub — Pacten Guides
Your hub lists your services; each one also has a page of its own. The Services tab on Web & Platform → Hub Front controls how a service looks in both places — "photos, page content, FAQs and card details."
Pick a service first
Nothing on this tab applies workspace-wide. Choose a service from the selector, and everything below belongs to that service alone.
Photos, and the three tags that matter
Add your images, then tag them. One image can carry more than one tag, and each tag decides where that picture is used:
- Cover — the service card, on your hub's services grid.
- Hero — the top of the service's own booking page.
- OG — the preview image when someone shares the link on social media or in a message.
A Focus control sets which part of an image stays visible when it is cropped to different shapes — worth setting if your subject is off-centre.
What goes on the page
Under Page content you write the headline, the description, and two fields that quietly prevent most pre-booking questions:
- What to expect — what actually happens in the session.
- What to bring — anything they need to have ready.
Arrange the page
Section order works by drag and toggle: "Drag to reorder. Toggle to show/hide." The sections available are Description, Content Blocks, Gallery, Packages, FAQs and Credential Pills.
- Content blocks — freeform text blocks for anything the standard fields do not cover.
- Credential pills — trust badges such as certifications, awards or guarantees. Each pill is "a bold stat + label", in the shape of $65M+ in sales.
- FAQs — the questions you answer on every enquiry call. Answering them here shortens the call.
Page settings
- CTA button label — the words on your booking button. "Book a fitting" outperforms "Submit", because it tells someone what they are about to get.
- Feature on hub homepage — featured services appear prominently on your hub. Use it for what you actually want to sell, not for everything.
Contact & social details are set here too.
