Set up payments for a package — Pacten Guides

A package only becomes something a client can actually pay for once two things are both true: it has a price, and its booking button is set to collect payment.

1
Set the price
Go to Services, click Configure on the service, then open the Offers tab and click the pencil on the package you want to sell. Set its price and currency — or leave the "Use the service's base price" toggle on. Payment plans live on the Pricing tab, not Offers — turn one on there first if you want to offer instalments.
2
Turn on payment collection
Go to Website → Hub Front → the Tuition section, and find the row for that package — its name is pulled live from Services, so you can't rename it here. Set "What Enrol does" to Take payment for a package. That row is already tied to one specific package, so there's no separate package-picker step.
3
Check the readiness note
Once payment collection is on, a note appears under that row listing anything still stopping it from actually taking money. Each one links straight to where to fix it.
Tip
Name, price and currency are always pulled live from the package — there's no separate copy field for them, so they can't go out of sync. The one thing that IS separately typed is the deposit line on the card (e.g. "$500 deposit to secure your seat") — if it doesn't match the package's real deposit, the checkout button will flag it once payment is on.

Once it's live: a client clicks the button, lands on a secure checkout page, and pays by card. The payment shows up in your records immediately — the same place your own invoices already live.
