Tracking who has signed - Pacten Guides
The Contracts register is the list of every contract in the workspace.
- The tiles across the top count contracts Out for signature, in Draft, Executed, and Expiring in 30 days.
- The Signatories column shows how many have signed, for example “1 of 2”.
- Filter by Status or Client, search by contract ID, title or client, and choose which columns to show.
Open a contract and go to the Signatures tab to see each person, their party, and either Pending or Signed with the date, IP address and whether consent was recorded.
Expiring soon
The Expiring in 30 days tile counts contracts whose end date is coming up, so you know which to look at for renewal.
Frequently asked questions
- What do the statuses mean?
- Draft is not sent yet. Out for signature is waiting on at least one person. Executed means everyone has signed.
- Can I see when someone opened the email?
- No. Pacten shows who has signed and when, not who has opened the email.
