Who sees what in Trackers - Pacten Guides

Trackers lets a team share the work without turning it into a league table. Managers see everyone so they can spread and steer the work. Everyone else sees all the entries they need to avoid doubling up, but not who logged them.

With the permission

Without it

The setting
See everyone’s tracker activity

The rule is one permission, See everyone’s tracker activity, in Settings → Access. It is set to Manager by default, so owners, admins and managers have it. An owner or admin can change that for your workspace. It also lets the holder assign people and deals to teammates.

Enforced on the server
Names are removed before the data leaves Pacten, not just hidden on screen, so they cannot be found another way.
Collections is separate
Who sees which debts is its own setting, See everyone’s collections. It is set to Collaborator by default, so your team sees every debt until you raise it. Without it, a member sees only the debts that are theirs.
Other permissions
What else is in Settings → Access

A member limited to certain groups sees only the people in those groups, whatever else they can do.
