Work Pacten does for you - Pacten Guides

Not every request is a question. Some are jobs handed to our team — configuration, content, or campaigns you would rather we did than learned to do. These are raised the same way, under Help, in the group marked as work we do for you.

They are deliberately kept apart from support requests because they are different things. A support request is answered; these are scoped and delivered.

WHAT YOU CAN HAND OVER
Five kinds
Each with its own commitment.
Tip
These timings are longer than support timings on purpose. Configuring a service properly or writing content that sounds like you takes real work, and a promise of four hours would be a promise to do it badly.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Each type asks for what it needs
So we do not have to come back.

These request types ask a few extra structured questions when you pick them — which service, which Brain layer, which platform and budget, which archetype and sector. They exist to remove the first round trip, which is usually the slowest part of any piece of work.

1
Answer the specific questions
They are short, and each one is something we would otherwise have to ask.
2
Say what “done” looks like
The single most useful sentence in the description. “Working” means different things to different people.
3
Give us anything you already have
Existing copy, a competitor page you like, the spreadsheet the data is in. Attachments are usually faster than description.
PLATFORM ARCHITECT BUILD
The largest of them
Scoped rather than estimated.

Setting up a new service, archetype or workspace from scratch is the one request that cannot be given a delivery time in advance, because the size varies enormously. It carries a 24 hour response and is then scoped with you — so the first thing you get back is a shape and a timeline, not silence.

Everything else
Bugs, questions, billing — and how to write one well.
