Writing a document in Doc Hub - Pacten Guides
Doc Hub is where your team writes: strategies, briefs and notes, and the proposals and agreements that later become contracts. Open it from Contracts & Docs → Doc Hub.
1
Start a document
Click New for a blank document, or Paste from AI to bring in something you drafted in an AI tool. Each document gets a number like DOC-12.
2
Write
Type straight into the page. Pacten saves about a second after you stop, and the header shows Saved with the time.
3
Add more from AI
Inside a document, More actions (···) → Add from AI pastes another section in where you are.
4
Find it again
The Doc Hub list has search and an All / Imported / Written filter. Imported means it came from an AI tool; Written means it was typed here.
Two people, one document
If someone else saves the same document while you are editing, Pacten will not overwrite their work. You will see a message that your changes were not applied; reload to get their version and carry on.
- Archive (in More actions) removes a document from the list. There is no delete.
- Contents and Full width in the same menu change how the page reads, not what it says.
