Your public pages - Pacten Guides
Every workspace ships with a public home: the hub at pacten.io/book/your-name, where your services are listed and booked. Two places shape it, both under Web & Platform: Site & Theme (what it looks like) and Domain & SEO (how it is found).
1
Choose what is listed
A service appears on the hub when it is active and marked “Listed on your public page” — the toggle lives on the service itself, so drafts and internal services stay invisible. Team members can also carry their own personal booking page.
2
Shape each service’s page
Under Site & Theme → Services, every listed service gets a real page: headline, description, what to expect, what to bring, FAQs, a gallery with a focal point, trust signals and the button label — with the sections reorderable by drag and a live preview beside you as you edit.
3
Brand the hub
The Brand and Hub tabs set your logo, accent and background, and switch optional hub tabs on: About, Reviews, Gallery, Team, Links, the client portal.
4
Get found and shared well
Under Domain & SEO, set the search title, description and the social share image — what appears when your link is posted anywhere. Each service also carries its own web address slug, editable on the service.
5
Reach beyond the hub
A question form can live on its own share link with no booking attached. And on your existing website, one line of code embeds your services grid, a single service, or the assistant (embeds are part of the Delivery and Platform plans).
Tracking, with consent handled
Under Domain & SEO → Tracking, connect Meta Pixel, Google Tag/GA4, TikTok and LinkedIn. The consent banner honours regional rules (EU/UK/Canada ask first; California opt-out), campaign attribution is captured first-touch, and code that must not run before consent waits for it.
Your own domain
Your hub can serve on your own domain — services at /s/your-service, your name in search results and social cards. It is a paid add-on set up with the Pacten team: ask, and you receive a DNS instructions page for your registrar while Pacten handles the rest. Proposals, contract signing and payment pages stay on pacten.io.
- The hub link and the booking address are the same thing — changing the address is a Pacten-assisted move, since printed and shared links point at it.
- A custom domain serves the hub and service pages only; everything transactional stays on pacten.io by design.
- The share link for one service is your hub link with ?s=the-service-slug on the end.
