Planner reports and project health - Pacten Guides

Under Planner → Reports. This screen shows how projects are actually going, drawn from the task board rather than from anybody writing a status update.

WHAT IS THERE
Project health and progress
Computed, not reported.

The reporting reads the same tasks your team is working in. Nobody has to maintain it, and it cannot be out of date relative to the work — which is the difference between this and a weekly status document that is accurate on the day it is written.

ONE HONEST NOTE
The forecast is not built
It says so on the screen.

The reports screen carries a note about profitability forecasting from historical revenue and cost. That is a stated intention, marked as not built, sitting on the page where it will eventually live.

Tip
It is left visible on purpose rather than hidden until it ships. You can see what is coming and, more importantly, you can see that the number is not there yet — which is safer than a screen that quietly has no forecast and leaves you wondering whether you missed it.

The task board and project health are the two pieces that forecast will sit on top of, so the more consistently tasks are kept current, the more useful it will be when it arrives.

What else is coming
Live today, not built yet, and roughly when.
